ACG services

ACG are specialists at the design, planning, management, implementation and reporting of both large-scale and project-specific M&E; and research. Quantitative and qualitative field research and data collection through surveys, polling, semi-structured interviews, engineering validation, site verification, testing and focus groups can be reliably carried out, and backed-up by independent field-validation checking, across all provinces in Afghanistan, with both men and women and including in difficult to access regions.

Working with diverse Afghan communities, across district, provincial and national levels of government, with international donors and local and international media, requires special capabilities and an understanding of strategic communications. ACG works with government institutions, community actors, NGOs and private companies to enhance their understanding of media techniques, technology and approaches - for both improved public relations and media and community engagement

Effective capacity building is about helping Afghan institutions and organisations to change. ACG helps bring about change that enables individuals, organisations, networks/sectors and governance systems, to improve their competencies and know-how to practically carry out their functions and responsibilities in a transparent and efficient way.
