Dr. Sayed Mirwais Amin as a development practitioner has over 17 years’ experience working in the design, implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of multiple projects in different sectors including, health, education, family violence, role of law governance in the development, humanitarian and government sectors.
In 2013 Dr. Amin founded Amin Consulting Group (ACG) to address what he perceived to be a significant quality and reliability problem with other Afghan field research providers. ACG has quickly established itself as a trustworthy research partner having now worked on a variety of donors and private organisation research projects.

Hangama Hamid having a master degree in health science from Latrobe University, Australia and MD from Kabul Medical University, Afghanistan. She is a monitoring, evaluation and development practitioner, she has been working in health, education, community and international development for more than 18 years across the globe. During this time, Hangama Hamid has designed, developed and implemented several researches, assessments, evaluations, capacity building, humanitarian and international development programs in Afghanistan and in Australia.
